Anita's Guest House is a year-round cottage that will sleep 6-8 guests. Our garden has beautiful perennial flowerbeds, which you can enjoy while sitting in the gazebo. The gazebo seats 6-8 and has a ceiling fan and outdoor outlet.
Evenings in the hot tub will bring you a sky filled with stars. The patio next to the hot tub offers a grill and teak table to serve from.
Lake Michigan is just 1 1/2 blocks from the cottage. You will view miles of shoreline as you enjoy sunsets on Lake Michigan.
Red Arrow Highway will take you on an antique adventure and many art galleries can be found as you travel along this road. Don't forget to visit the wineries in Harbor Country during your stay. New Buffalo, Union Pier, Lakeside, Harbert, Sawyer and Three Oaks offer many wonderful dining experiences.

Four lakefront cottages located at the end of a deadend road on a peninsula. Remote location, yet close to town. Located on over four acres with approximately 1,600 feet of shoreline to swim, fish or just relax.
Weekly rentals only between Memorial Day and Labor Day ($850-$1100 per week). Off season $135-$150 per night with a two night minimum. Off season weekly rates are available.
Four cottages: two recently remodeled, one new (built in 2007) and one remodeled in 2008. All cottages have two bedrooms, a combination living room/dining/kitchen and one bathroom. One has a separate kitchen and living room. Cottage 1 has a queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 adults). Cottage 2 has one queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom (sleeps 4 adults). Cottage 3 (new in 2007) has a queen bed in one bedroom, a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom and a futon in the living room (sleeps 7). Cottage 4 has a queen bed in each bedroom. Pipestone Properties is a resort consisting of three beautiful cottages located in the Sister Lakes area on Pipestone Lake. The charming cottages provide all the comforts of home.
The 3-bedroom, 1-bath lakefront cottage has a large wrap around deck that provides an amazing view of the lake. This cottage was bult in 2007. Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath lakefront cottage (completely remodeled in 2008), includes a deck and another beautiful lake view. These two cottages are next door to each other. The third cottage is a large 2-bedroom, 1-bath located two doors down. It has a large fenced in yard, perfect for your family dog. All cottages sleep 6-8 people, are air conditioned and have ceiling fans, TV/VCR and fully equipped kitchens.
The cottages have a large grassy yard perfect to enjoy games like volleyball, badminton, wiffleball and croquet. There is a small sand beach for the kids, a private pier, rowboat with life vests, peddle boat, gas grill picnic/outdoor tables and chairs, firepit with wood, and gas and charcoal grills.
We provide a great place for your affordable family vacation. It is also perfect for multiple family vacations or family reunions.

I-196 Exit 20 (Phoenix Road) west to second traffic light (corner of Broadway and Phoenix). Turn right onto Broadway (north) and it will veer to the left and turn into Dyckman. Cross the drawbridge and continue to the stop sign (North Shore Drive). Turn right onto North Shore Drive and you will find 401 approximately 3/4 of a mile down on the lakeside (west) of the street.
