This large fully furnished very comfortable home is located on 155 feet of sandy Paw Paw Lake frontage. Paw Paw Lake is a 900-acre inland lake with 13 miles of picturesque shoreline to explore. It's also full recreational including excellent fishing, power and sail boating, water skiing and jet skiing. Without a need for a seawall, the beach area is very user friendly, especially for children since the sandy area's descent is gradual and extends out to the end of the 82' wooden pier, which has dockage for renters' boats. Boat and jet ski rentals are also available. From the house the wide lot offers a gorgeous serene view of the water and two colossal bay windows, one in front of the dining table and another that spans the living room - give those seated indoors panoramic views of Paw Paw Lake. I-94 Exit 41, Watervliet. Turn right (north) at stop sign (M-140 north) through town. Watch on left for north Watervliet Road, go one-block to Forest Beach Road, turn left to 7607 on Paw Paw Lake side.
