Step back in time to a simpler day. Nestled in the woods of 15 acres stands a glorious 1890 home overlooking grape arbors and cherry orchards.
The historic nine-room home has four bedrooms (3 king, 1 queen) and two baths, sleeps 8-12 guests and 2-4 more if the Coach House is used. Coach House has a bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen and bath.
Though built over 120 years ago, Yesteryear has a fully modern kitchen. There is a charcoal grill on the patio. The dining room seats 12 and the farm table on the enclosed porch seats 10. Two additional sleeper couches (queen, full) - one in living room, one on full-heated porch. Hand-carved youth bed is in the East Lake Room, cots and cribs upon request. Both baths have tubs with showers. Full laundry with additional shower.
Beautifully landscaped with out buildings. Kitchen garden, Koi pond with waterfall, outdoor swing. Birds and wildlife abound. Lake Cora's public swimming access is a one-minute walk.
Yesteryear's expansive glassed-in front porch sports wicker furniture; library with books for your enjoyment, games, puzzles, cards and other fun things. Campfire pit, two tandems and two adult bikes. Trails in woods for hiking or cross-crounty skiing.
